1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ugaming ("ugaming," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your use of the website at ugaming.bet and all associated services, features, content, and tools offered through the ugaming platform.

By registering a ugaming account, logging in to the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports betting markets, or any other product offered by ugaming — you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you are accessing ugaming on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, game rules, or bonus conditions published on the ugaming platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional or game rules, the more specific rules shall prevail for that specific context, unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to hold a ugaming account and use the ugaming platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gambling regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gambling and sports betting are not prohibited by law at the time of placing each wager.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or excluded from ugaming's platform under any responsible gaming measure.
• You are acting as a private individual and not in any professional capacity on behalf of a business entity for the purposes of gambling on ugaming.
• You have not previously had a ugaming account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of ugaming, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.

ugaming reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document confirming age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. All winnings associated with such an account may be withheld and returned to the applicable player protection fund in accordance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one ugaming account. Registering, attempting to register, or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ugaming employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances on duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of ugaming account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You must promptly update your ugaming account information if any of your details change. ugaming accepts no liability for problems arising from inaccurate information provided by a player at registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ugaming account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your ugaming login details with any other person. ugaming will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your ugaming account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ugaming support immediately via the 24/7 live chat on ugaming.bet.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ugaming is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals, and may request KYC documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle. Acceptable Philippine identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Philippine Driver's License, SSS or GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and national ID issued under the Philippine Identification System. ugaming reserves the right to request proof of address and source of funds documentation for players whose account activity requires enhanced due diligence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your ugaming wallet may be made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ugaming does not charge fees on deposits made via any supported Philippine payment method, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — ugaming has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

Deposited funds are credited to your ugaming account upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. ugaming is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking network interruptions. If a deposit does not reflect in your ugaming account within 30 minutes, contact ugaming support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ugaming account may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. ugaming does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. KYC-verified accounts do not have a maximum single-transaction withdrawal cap on standard winnings, though ugaming reserves the right to process large withdrawals in staged tranches at its discretion.

Before processing any withdrawal, ugaming may require that the total deposited amount has been wagered at least once on eligible real-money games. This single wagering turnover requirement applies to genuine deposits; its purpose is fraud prevention and compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, not restriction of player winnings.

4.3 Currency

The default account currency on ugaming is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product or promotion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ugaming is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML compliance requirements. ugaming monitors account activity for patterns inconsistent with recreational gambling. ugaming reserves the right to request source of funds documentation, delay or refuse withdrawals, and file Suspicious Transaction Reports with the AMLC where required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ugaming offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by ugaming are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ugaming account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook bonuses) are stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies may result in the voiding of bonus funds and associated winnings at ugaming's discretion.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible, verified ugaming accounts only. ugaming reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including where ugaming determines that a player is exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited from your ugaming account. ugaming is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was issued.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on ugaming are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the game providers. ugaming does not modify game outcomes. All RNGs used on the ugaming platform are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel within each title.

6.2 Sportsbook Bets

Sports bets placed on ugaming are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where ugaming explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that specific market. ugaming reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, where the event has been materially affected by circumstances not reflected in the original odds, or where ugaming determines that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on ugaming. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may vary by game type, table, and player account tier. ugaming reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players at its discretion, including where responsible gaming considerations apply.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet, ugaming will investigate and, where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned to the player. ugaming's decision in malfunction disputes is final, subject to the ugaming complaints process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ugaming platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with ugaming.
• Registering or operating more than one ugaming account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the ugaming platform, including to place bets, claim bonuses, or scrape data.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in ugaming games or platform systems. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on ugaming.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in connection with sportsbook betting on ugaming.
• Using the ugaming platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate ugaming transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ugaming staff or other players in any ugaming communication channel.
• Accessing ugaming from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to mask your actual location.

ugaming reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ugaming

ugaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice where ugaming reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, a violation of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR compliance requirements, or where account activity raises anti-money laundering or fraud concerns. During a suspension, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of ugaming's investigation.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ugaming account at any time by contacting ugaming support via live chat at ugaming.bet. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their ugaming account for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, may request an immediate and permanent account closure via ugaming support. Responsible gaming closures are processed as a priority and cannot be reversed within the self-exclusion period selected by the player. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ugaming's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the ugaming platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ugaming account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ugaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the ugaming platform, even if ugaming has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ugaming does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ugaming is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor outages beyond ugaming's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ugaming's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ugaming collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with ugaming's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ugaming platform, you consent to ugaming's collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ugaming processes player personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. ugaming uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, personalise your ugaming experience, and communicate with you about your account and eligible promotions.

ugaming will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. ugaming may share your data with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. 11. Responsible Gaming

ugaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Philippines. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and ugaming provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ugaming account.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your ugaming account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

12. Changes to These Terms

ugaming reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ugaming will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their ugaming account, or via a prominent notice on ugaming.bet, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from ugaming support. Your continued use of the ugaming platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ugaming, you should first contact ugaming support to attempt an informal resolution. ugaming commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 Philippine business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

ugaming operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe ugaming has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may raise a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate PAGCOR player complaint channels.
